what is the problem of making the option “refresh” available on the context menu?

i’m web developer, and some web applications has frameset, for example, to fix a menu at top of the page. So, sometimes i wanna refresh ONLY the bottom frame, which contains the application form. In this case, hitting F5 will refresh the frameset, not the bottom page.

and you cant say me to abandon frames. Its a available resource, so we can use.

ya i also think that doing reload is better in Firefox ==> as Firefox will provide you add ons by which you can reload whenever you want!! and also the idea of visiting pages on new tab is not the best!!
but positive point is that– it’s the fastest web browser i ve ever used!! but i will not use it for certain websites…

I personally like the home page with the most visited links; however, I would like to make them static. I don’t want them to change from day to day based on what sites I visited the day before, so being able to make the home page 9 static links with thumbnails would complete the package for me.

I want to jump to chrome home page with a javascript link but I can’t figure out what the url of the home page is….can you help? In most other browsers it is either: parent.window.home or: parent.window.location = “about:home:” Yes I know I can put the home page button in the browser link bar and tell the user to click it but I want to do from a web application automatically..

Need ‘help’ button and this will give you clear idea of the problem(s) we are having.

Had to add ‘Home’ icon but when clicked on does not take me to the home page I have already created.

Most Important: Cannot figure out how to send links and/or pages in an email right from my front page toolbar.

i would v much lik my browser to store things i type.. for ex if i hav already searched for a movie ( kill bill ) in imdb then the nxt time i type k then the browser should prompt kill bill.. this option s ter in ff n i lik it v much..

I think the F5 refresh is much easier than both the right-click-refresh and the refresh button in the toolbar. After becoming accustomed to hitting F5, its become second nature – so in no time it will be an out of mind aspect of web browsing.

I’d like the option to add website where the pop-up blocker is disabled… Sort of a ‘trusted zone’ list.

I surf a lot on a site that has a forum that opens every link in a new window and Chrome blocks this.

Integrated windows authentication (NTLM). It is a real pain to have to type in my username and password when browsing the intranet at work.

I stopped using Firefox for the same reason. Firefox does allow you to configure this but it requires you to enter the name of every server you want authenticated on. That is also a pain, I want authenticated on them all.
