You have to remember their immune system has been compromised not only from the decease but from the chemo. My best friend's mother is suffering from it right now and she is not expected to live more than a year. Considering what he has been through we should be grateful that he is still with us. Because Steve is such an instrumental part of the success of Apple, his health issues are a public matter. Unfortunate as it may be for him and his family, Apple is a public company and the public has a right to know. I do think he should remain the CEO of Apple for the time being. I don't agree that anything Apple creates is overpriced. Our household has owned 7 various ipods and 7 apple computers and they were and are worth every penny.
