If you are running Internet Explorer 7, you should download the latest Microsoft update immediately.
Yesterday’s Internet Explorer vulnerabilities were give an Exploitability Index value of 1, which translates to “Consistent exploit code likely.”
More details can be found in the Microsoft Security Bulletin. However, the key thing is to get your Windows update applied.
